Are the products displayed on your website available for sale?
All the products displayed on our website, are available for sale, except if specifically stated “Out of Stock”. In the event of an order having been placed simultaneously to yours, you will be notified and our team will void your payment or will be refunded to your original payment method.
How long before my parcel will be delivered?
We ship to our customers worldwide within 48 hours after payment confirmation, and we work with SF Express as our main courier. The delivery time, for our products depends on geographical location, however we should give you an estimate delivery time.
Delivery fees are given after confirming your e-basket.
How can I contact Medallion, shall I need assistance?
In case you have any queries, or need any further assistance please feel free to reach us by sending an email to email@example.com, we are open from 10 AM to 10 PM, Beijing local time. We will respond within 24 hours during working days.
How can I track my parcel?
After having receive the payment confirmation, we will proceed to your order’s shipment. You will be notified by email as soon as your shipment has left our warehouse. A tracking number will be given and you will be able to track your parcel on the carrier’s website （http://intl.sf-express.com/，in Chinese only currently, or you could send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to seek for assistance）.
Returns and exchanges
Are returns and exchanges accepted?
We do offer to our international customers the same Returns and Exchange policy as to our Chinese customers. Returns are eligible within 30 days after reception. We invite our customers desiring to return a product, to first send an email to email@example.com, letting us know that you would like to return your order, reminding us your order number.
Please make sure to return the product in its original condition with the dust bags and shoe trees included for shoes and label tags & packaging for clothing and accessories.
Medallion reserves the right to refuse to exchange or refund an order if the product has been damaged, if so we will ship you back the parcel.
What size would best fit me?
We highly recommend to our dear customers to only order products from brands they are already familiar with, and that they already tried or own model(s) from the brand they would like to acquire a pair from.
Please let us remind that the exact shoe size from the brand you would like to purchase is needed, as is the width and the last that fit you the best.
Besides, please note that depending the style (Oxford, Derby, Monk, Boots, Loafer), fit may feel slightly different, even if the model is from the same brand and has been manufacture on the same shoe last, shoe size and width.
Monks, derby, and models with open laces (quarters sewn on top of the vamp) will feel roomier specially on the instep compared to snugger models with close laces such as Oxford, or not adjustable at the instep such as loafers and Chelsea boots.
Moreover, please be informed that since the production of our footwear requires an important number of handmade operations during the process of manufacturing, no two models are exactly alike and slight variations may occur.
